Egerton House
project details
Egerton House was another project undertaken on behalf of LKH Properties by Regent, once again in Weybridge, Surrey. The project consisted of the full strip out and the full refurbishment of 9,000 sqft of office space and common areas across 3 floors and 2 interlinked buildings within the town centre.
The work included a complete strip out of the buildings interior. An overhaul of both the interior and exterior electrical and lighting systems (accompanied by full NICEIC certification). The installation of a completely new air conditioning system throughout. The installation of modern kitchen, shower and toilet facilities and rest areas. A full refurbishment of the buildings lift shaft and its operating system. The exterior of the building has benefited from new landscaping of the car park areas. New carpet and flooring has been laid throughout, along with full decoration internally and externally to the windows and frames. This has created a modern, versatile open workspace suitable for tenancy immediately.
