LKH instructed Regent Projects to undertake the office refurbishment and build of one of their office buildings in Aylesbury. The project included the strip out of the existing office and space and reception areas and the design and build of the office space, public areas across 4 floors and the ground floor reception area. Work carried out included a comprehensive review, recommendation and modernisation of the buildings electrical and entrance systems accompanied by NICEIC certification. The installation of modern kitchenettes and toilet areas along with the installation of new carpet throughout has created a modern, attractive working space for existing, and potential tenants.
